Weight update today = 330 lbs. Weighed in at 325 before vacation trip.
Blood Sugar @ 6:30 am = 152 (lower than usual).
Took dog for short walk - got her tired and happy. She is sleeping probably on my bed now.
Had a healthy and filling breakfast -
fresh kale
fresh spinach
3 small sausage links (lean)
2 eggs (medium)
3 tbsp parmesan cheese
1-1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
all sauteed in pan
got me a 20 oz cappuccino (coffee and whole milk) on way to work.
just snacked on dorito's chips (gotta get off these - habit hard to break)
Lunch is smoked herring in a tomato sauce and 2 pickles and ice water.
Also got another walk with dog to do as well at lunch.
